Scott is a financial advisor with over a dozen years of experience partnering with clients to visualize and achieve their goals. Scott specializes in helping individuals move from a work to a work optional lifestyle through personalized financial planning with a focus on client service, retirement income and investment planning.


Bart Landsverk

Financial Advisor

As of March 4th, 2019 Bart has accepted the position of a Financial Advisor with Provisions Wealth Planners in Appleton, WI, which will allow him to continue the career he loves and enjoys for the rest of his career life. Bart has completed his securities and insurance licenses and now holds a Series 6, 63 and 7 held with LPL Financial and the Series 65 held with Provisions Wealth Planners, along with his life and health insurance license.



Nancy Parker
Office Manager

She oversees the offices daily operations and administrative staff as well as manages our client communications and data. In addition, she continues to work closely with clients to build relationships and rapport.

She has an extensive background in the financial services industry having served in a variety of roles, including Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President/Sales and Marketing and Personal Banking Officer/Sales Manager. She holds Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as well.


Tricia Hoffman
Administrative Assistant

Tricia is our Administrative Assistant. Tricia helps manage all client and service provider communications and helps oversee our office operations by helping maintain and coordinate our Advisors daily schedules and tasks. Some areas of responsibility include marketing, event planning, and our client relationship management.


Alana Williams
Administrative Assistant

Alana is an administrative professional with over 10 years in the financial industry. Eight of those years were as an Internal Auditor in Louisiana at a credit union and two years as a Registration Specialist at a Broker/ Dealer. Alana has a lot of knowledge from the different experiences she is involved with from a personal and professional capacity. Alana is very detail oriented and meticulously organized.

Alex Hoffman

Alex is our office’s receptionist. Alex is the first face you see when walking into our office. He is a graduate of Appleton North High School and has attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Alex has held many different types of jobs including cook, operations, and customer service. Alex’s goal is to ensure that all of our clients feel welcomed to our company whether it be in person or over the phone.

Paul R. Hoffman, CFP®
OSJ & Corporate Strategist

Paul Hoffman is a family man and professional business leader. Paul and his wife Kathy have been married since 1989 and are the proud parents of three sons; Christopher, Alex and Andrew. A native of Appleton, WI, Paul and his family are active members in the community.

His strong work ethic and business knowledge has made him a leader in the financial industry for over 30 years. Today, Paul is the leader and creative mind behind Advisors' Pride, a successful financial Advisors' support system. Paul is extremely proud of Advisors' Pride and he works hard at maintaining his personal commitment to excellence.


Jill Batley
Principal & Compliance Specialist

Jill's duties and responsibilities are strictly to our advisors to review and approve transactions and paperwork to help ensure our clients confidence in our advisors. As a Compliance Specialist, Jill also keeps our advisors and staff in compliant and up-to-date with the latest requirements and regulations that are required in the evolving financial industry.

Samantha K. Blaine
Web & Media Manager

Samantha is a Certified Social Marketing Professional who builds, organizes, and maintains, Provisions Wealth Planners' and other Advisors' Pride members social media pages and websites while keeping our clients up-to-date with the latest market trends and events.

Samantha also helps a number of other LPL Advisors with website production, design, branding and maintaining the content within the site for their clients and new prospects.

Mike works directly with financial advisors to better understand the past, present and future of their practice. He is a recruiter for our growing Advisors' Pride and Provisions team. He is exceptionally skilled in the financial services industry with 16 years of experience cultivating high-level talent and recruiting tactics.

Jessica has over 15 years of insurance and financial industry and served the last 8 years as a Financial Advisor. She is an active volunteer with different organizations within the Fox Valley and surrounding areas and actively attends many different fundraisers throughout the year.

Andrew is an Administrative Assistant that helps with special projects as well as client relationships and communications. Andrew is a U.W. Oshkosh graduate, class of 2018. He graduated with a bachelors in Finance. His goal is to become Provisions internal books and records manager.
